These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Asino Casino, operated by Hollycorn N.V. under a licence from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (Antillephone N.V., No. 8048/JAZ2019-015). By creating an account you accept these terms in full. Read before your first deposit.

1. Eligibility

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • One account per person, household, and IP address.
  • Canada is not a restricted jurisdiction. Interac and CAD actively supported.
  • Ontario players: Asino is not registered with iGaming Ontario (iGO). Playing at Asino from Ontario occurs outside the iGO regulated framework without AGCO protections.

2. KYC Verification

  • Mandatory before first withdrawal.
  • Government-issued ID (front and back), proof of address (max 3 months old), payment method verification.
  • Upload immediately after registration to avoid delays at cashout time.

3. Deposits

  • Minimum deposit: C$27 / €20.
  • Account currency (CAD) set at registration – cannot be changed.

4. Bonuses – KEY RULES

  • Welcome package wagering: 40× the bonus amount (cash bonus); 30× winnings (free spins).
  • Validity: 7 days per tier – shorter than many competitors.
  • Maximum bet with active bonus: C$6.60 / €5 per spin or round.
  • Exceeding max bet during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of bonus and winnings.
  • No active bonus balance may remain at the time of a withdrawal request.
  • Check account settings for auto-bonus acceptance.

5. Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: C$27 / €20 (varies by method).
  • Maximum withdrawal limits are VIP-level dependent – lower VIP levels may restrict large cashouts.
  • All wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal is processed.

6. Dispute Resolution

Curaçao Gaming Control Board as regulatory authority. Casino Guru ADR as accessible independent mediation. AGCO cannot mediate for Ontario players at non-iGO registered casinos. Document all support communications.
